Message	My house appraised for close to a million last year. This year, finance department says 800K. Cheap lending for the past years led to everyone running for a mortgage, and now everyone is foreclosing because quite simply they cant afford their mortgage anymore, the bubble is gone. no demand leads to home prices dropping, but they were ballooned to begin with. My house is probably gonna settle in 2010 for 600K, which is should be to start with. Anyone interested in purchasing a house should wait till then, proposed market stabilization year. *****
